My Lot and construction
My Lot opens the active unfinished house: first the house already in progress, then another unlocked unfinished or damaged lot. Only one house can be under construction at a time.
- Finish Foundation.
- Finish Walls.
- Finish Windows/Doors.
- Finish Roof/Chimney.
- Finish Final Touches/Landscaping.
- Each stage spends the displayed build cards and Tokens. Foundation opens Pour Day; other stages use their shown construction skill check. A completed stage adds Property Value.
- Card requirements use a gentler bounded curve: no stage asks for more than 18 cards total. Example: with one Meadowgate house complete, the next Foundation needs 8 Foundation cards.
- That card ceiling does not discount direct Token construction prices. The same Meadowgate example still shows 15,200 Tokens. Later construction prices continue to scale, but no individual build stage costs more than 29,000 Tokens; event discounts can lower the displayed price.
- After Silverleaf Springs come Plumeria Bay, Coyote Mesa, and Seaglass Point. Each destination has six lots and keeps its own tropical, high-desert, or Cape-coast signature house style. These top-tier destinations share the capped base economy; later redevelopment laps continue progression.
Rule 6
Rent, repair, and protection
Completed homes store rent over time until their property cap. Collect one home or use Collect All when offered. Damage can reduce a property's usefulness until its listed repair is paid or helped.
- Curb Appeal cards and completed-house upgrades improve the presentation and rewards described on their screens.
- Attach a Basic Shield or Guard Dog from the Card Album to an eligible lot. A shield blocks the next eligible damage part and is consumed; a Guard Dog can chase off an eligible attack outright.
- Repair notices, My Lot, and Team repair help point back to damaged property. Finish repairs before continuing construction on that lot.
- Shop success receipts read ‘You purchased X for X amount’ using the real item and displayed cost. Continue Shopping closes the receipt and keeps you in the Shop.
