Lucky Lots: Card City — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Lucky Lots: Card City ("the game") is developed and published by Michael Driggs ("we", "us"). This policy describes what information the game handles.

The short version

The game collects no personal information and sends no data off your device. There are no accounts, no ads, and no third-party analytics.

Data the game stores on your device

  • Save data — your game progress (houses, cards, tokens, rivals), stored only in the app's private storage on your device.
  • Local play statistics — anonymous counters (e.g. how many card deals or building stages you played per day), stored in the same private storage. These never leave your device and contain nothing that identifies you.

Uninstalling the game deletes all of the above.

Data we collect

None. The game makes no network connections, requires no account, and contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.

Permissions

  • Notifications — used only for optional local reminders (e.g. your free deals are ready). These are scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to us. You can decline the permission or disable notifications at any time in system settings, and the game works fully without them.

Children

The game is suitable for a general audience, collects no data from anyone, and contains no chat, ads, or in-app purchases.

Changes

If a future update ever changes what data the game handles (for example, adding opt-in analytics), this policy will be updated and the change noted in the update's store notes before it takes effect.
