The game
Lucky Lots is a free casual game by CapeCoder. It includes optional real-money in-app purchases processed by Google Play. There is no real-money gambling and no way to win or lose anything of real-world value. Tokens, cards, tickets, and every other in-game item exist only inside the game, have no cash value, and can't be sold, traded, or transferred outside it.
Optional in-app purchases are offered at the real price displayed before confirmation and are processed by Google Play. Review the item and price before approving a purchase. Payment, cancellation, and refund handling are also subject to the terms and policies of Google Play and applicable law.
Your save
Game progress saves locally first. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove that local copy. Cloud sync is conditional and requires a build with cloud service enabled plus a valid signed-in connection. An unavailable cloud status is not cloud protection, and we cannot promise that network or cloud services will always be available.
Fair play
Please don't decompile, modify, or redistribute the game or its assets. The game and all its art, music, characters, and code are copyright CapeCoder, all rights reserved.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue the game (or any feature of it) at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the update's store notes will say so. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
